IMPORTANT NOTICE: Know Your Food provides AI-powered ingredient analysis, 6-tier grading, and pediatric hazard warnings strictly for educational and informational transparency. KYF is not a medical device, licensed medical practitioner, or registered dietary healthcare provider. Our scores do not constitute clinical diagnosis or personalized medical advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional for specific health conditions, severe food allergies, or clinical nutrition plans.

3. Scientific Data & Accuracy of AI Analysis

Our grading algorithms utilize publicly available scientific benchmarks from EFSA, WHO, IARC, and FSSAI. While our Vision AI and OCR pipelines strive for high accuracy, packaging print variations, barcode changes, and regional formulation updates can occur. KYF does not warrant that food label scans will be 100% error-free in all packaging scenarios.

4. Intellectual Property & Algorithmic Models

All proprietary scoring algorithms, multi-layer grading matrices, interface designs, brand trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of KYF Labs. You may not reverse engineer, scrape at automated scale, or duplicate our scoring engine without prior written consent.

5. Beta Testing Program Conduct

Participants in our TestFlight and Google Play Beta programs agree to provide constructive feedback and maintain confidentiality regarding pre-release software builds and unreleased features.
